Sellers will be provided at least 3' of table space to sell their wares. Please keep in mind- this is event is a fun way to offload some extra goods and interact with the community, not to set up a full shop.
Seller Guidelines
You must be 16 years or older to sell at the event. You must present all required information accurately
Tiny Keyboard Shop or Guildhouse will not be held responsible for any missing or damaged items, the seller is fully responsible for any item they bring to the event.
Each item must be labeled clearly with:
● Condition: [New] or [Used]
● Price: [Cost] or [For Trade + What you would like to trade for] or [if you are open to
negotiating, may put “OBO” after] or [Free if you are giving the item away]
Sellers will be provided with price tags and signage to write down payment, contact information,
and or any other necessary information.
Goods Guidelines
All items must be present with the seller when you check in, and you will not be permitted to leave and or bring in additional goods after you have been escorted to your space.
All items must be keyboard related, which includes but is not limited to: Keyboards, Keycap Sets, Artisan Keycaps, Deskmats, Switches, Wristrests, Cables, and tools.
Any questions regarding the interpretation of the rules above are subject to discretion of The Hotswap staff. The Hotswap staff has the final say on all goods permitted, and all items will be verified by a staff member before being allowed into the event. Any individual caught breaking the rules, or causing problems for the staff, attendees, or other Hotswap participants will be removed from the event.
Guildhouse and the Tiny Keyboard Shop are not responsible for the transactions that occur during the event. We strongly urge any transactions between seller or buyer include a form of communication (email, phone number, social media tag) should any issues arise.
