Book Your Gathering

Please note that our Gatherings team is small (but mighty!). We ask that you allow up to 48 hours for response, especially during the holidays.

Guildhouse DOES NOT book Partition/Backroom Rentals more than 6 weeks in advance. Please do not submit an inquiry if your requested date is not close to the next 6 weeks.

 Gatherings FAQ

  • With a partitioned/ Backroom rental you have access to a limited number of Switches or/and PS5s.The amount depends on your guest count and is up to the discretion of Guildhouse.

    A Great Hall Rental includes all consoles, contact us with your specific needs and we’ll do our best to suit them!

  • Board games are available for rental from the board game counter for $6/hour. You get a free hour with each bar purchase!

  • DJ's are only permitted in our Backroom as to not disturb other guests. We do not provide DJs.

    The Backroom has its own projectors and speaker systems for use - if you are comfortable with setup this is free of charge, but if you would like to hire AV support, it is $50/hour.

  • No outside alcohol is permitted. If you would like to prepurchase drinks for your party please let us know at the time of booking. Great Hall Rentals and larger partial rentals also have the option of purchasing a drink package.

  • Guildhouse does not offer in-house food, so feel free to organize your own catering.  Please let us know at the time of booking if you plan to work with an external catering company.

  • We will work with you to create a layout that works best for your event, whether you are looking for more of a dance, dining, theater, or classroom setup.
